Yogaaga is a custom shapewear manufacturer in Guangzhou, China. We've spent more than a decade building shapewear, waist trainers, sauna suits, post-surgical bras, chest binders and underwear for other people's brands: clothing labels, Amazon sellers, wholesalers, and a fair number of founders who started with a sketch and a question.

Two ways to work with us
OEM: you bring the design. Send tech packs, sketches, or a reference garment you've taken apart. Our pattern engineers turn that into a production-ready sample you approve, and then into a product you own outright. Nobody else can sell your pattern.
ODM: you choose from ours. Around 200 styles that have already been patterned, fitted and shipped. You change fabrics, colors, size ranges, trims, labels and packaging. Bulk order in about three weeks from a standing start, which is why most first-time brands begin here.
The two aren't rivals so much as stages. Plenty of our clients launch on stock styles, watch which ones reorder, and come back eighteen months later to develop signature pieces around what their customers actually bought. We'll tell you which route fits your situation, including when the answer is that you're not ready for custom development yet.
What we make

Private label, which is where most of the margin lives
Branding isn't an add-on here. Woven neck labels, printed care and content labels that meet FTC and EU requirements, hang tags, logo application by embroidery or heat transfer, polybags and retail boxes. All of it in-house, which matters more than it sounds like: every outside vendor in that chain is another thing that can delay your ship date.
Two brands can sell functionally identical seamless bodysuits, one at $19 in a printed bag, one at $39 in a box with woven labels and a hang tag explaining compression levels. The difference in product cost is under a dollar. The difference in price is twenty.
Seamless and cut-and-sew, under one roof
We run SANTONI seamless knitting alongside traditional cut-and-sew lines, so the construction gets matched to the product instead of every style being pushed through the same process. Seamless gives everyday pieces their smooth, no-show edges. Cut-and-sew powernet gives waist trainers and post-surgical garments the firm, directional compression that a circular knit can't produce. How an order moves

- We come back within 24 hours with pricing and material recommendations, and questions if the brief is missing something
- Samples arrive in 7 to 10 days, with two or three revision rounds included
- Bulk production runs 15 to 25 days depending on volume
- In-line QC, a 100% final inspection, then FOB, CIF or DDP shipping with the export paperwork handled
Where the money goes
MOQ starts at 50 pieces per style, which keeps us usable for startups without pretending that a 20-piece order is economic for either of us. Fabrics include OEKO-TEX certified options, and production can run under BSCI or WRAP audited conditions. We ship to Amazon FBA warehouses in the US, Europe and Japan, including FNSKU labeling, carton marking and DDP door-to-door. One practical note that catches people out: Chinese factories stop for two to three weeks around Spring Festival, so orders that need to ship in the first quarter should be confirmed before mid-December.

Are you a factory or a trading company?
A factory. Our own facility is in Guangzhou, video walk-throughs are available on request, and clients visiting China are welcome to walk the production floor in person.
What is your MOQ for custom shapewear?
From 50 pieces per style, per color. Smaller trial orders are sometimes possible with a surcharge. We'll quote the real numbers so you can compare options rather than guess at what's negotiable.
Can you produce with my own brand and packaging?
Yes. Private labeling is standard here, not an upsell: labels, hang tags, packaging and logo application.
How long do samples and production take?
Samples in 7 to 10 days. Bulk production 15 to 25 days after approval, depending on quantity and customization level.
Do you ship to Amazon FBA?
Regularly, in the US, Europe and Japan, with FNSKU labeling, carton marking and DDP door-to-door service available.
How is quality controlled?
Fabric inspection on arrival, in-line QC during sewing, and a 100% final inspection before packing. Third-party inspections from SGS, TÜV or Bureau Veritas can be arranged at your request.
