Quality Control
Quality Control at Yogaaga
Quality is the foundation of every garment we produce. As a manufacturer serving brands in North America, Europe and beyond, Yogaaga follows a rigorous, multi-stage quality control system that meets international standards — so your customers receive products they love, and your return rates stay low.
Our Quality Control Process
1. Fabric & Material Inspection
- Fabric weight, stretch, recovery and colorfastness testing before cutting
- Skin-safe materials — OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified options available
- Supplier audits for consistent raw material quality
2. Pre-Production Sample Approval
- Every style goes through 2–3 sampling rounds
- Measurements, stitching, elasticity and fit verified against your approved sample before bulk production begins
3. In-Line Production QC
- Inspectors stationed at cutting, sewing, and finishing lines
- Seam strength, stitching density and elastic tension checked at every stage
- Defects corrected immediately — not at the end of the line
4. 100% Final Inspection
- Every single piece inspected before packing — no sampling shortcuts
- Checks include measurements, symmetry, stitching, fabric defects, labels and packaging
- AQL 2.5 standard available for third-party inspections on request
Certifications & Compliance
- OEKO-TEX Standard 100 — textiles tested for harmful substances
- ISO 9001:2015 — certified quality management system
- BSCI Audited — ethical and socially responsible manufacturing
- REACH Compliant — EU chemical safety regulation compliance
